Thanks to Ros Normandale’s sterling fundraising we have enough funds to host once more two students from the Friends School in Ramallah at this year’s Shindig.

The student counsellor there is really up-beat about this project and I know it does make for some friendships and connections between our young people.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed and a big thank you again to Ros.

Big thanks to the Sir James Reckitt Charity for giving a great donation to our Ramallah/ Shindig appeal.

And equally big thanks to Ros Normandale for doing all the spadework in getting the application together.

Thanks Ros!

Remembrance Day Service Radio 4

A lovely and moving service from BBC Radio 4 this morning. It talked of the waste of war and followed a theme which I won’t spoil by posting here. Really well worth listening to.
